EZiCash e-Tickets FAQ
1. What is EZiCash?
The EZiCash card is a convenient cashless payment system in which monetary value is stored in a card for use at designated terminals to allow the user to play games with more convenience.
2. How does the EZiCash card work?
To play, swipe the card onto the small reader fixed on the machines displaying the EZiCash icon. The price of each game will be deducted from the card value.
3. Where can I use the EZiCash card?
The EZiCash card can be used at all video simulation machines, redemption machines, skills games, kiddie rides and children’s rides at Vision City Video Games Park and PlayTime!
4. Where can I purchase an EZiCash card?
EZiCash cards can be purchased at the cashier counters located at Vision City and PlayTime! Video Games Park.
5. Can I top up the EZiCash value if the credits are not sufficient?
Yes, guests may top up the value at the cashier counters located at Vision City and PlayTime! Video Games Park.
6. Can the EZiCash credit balance be refunded?
No. EZiCash credits are valid for 72 hours from the last activity. Any unutilised balance is non-refundable.
7. What are EZiCash e-Tickets?
EZiCash e-Tickets are the digital points earned from redemption machines and stored in the card. These can be converted into redemption points for gift redemption.
8. What is the value of EZiCash e-Tickets?
Every 100 EZiCash e-Ticket points are equivalent to RM2.50.
9. Will the EZiCash e-Ticket points expire?
E-Tickets in the EZiCash card are valid for 24 months from the date earned. EZiCash e-Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other forms of services/products.
10. How can I redeem a gift using EZiCash e-Tickets?
Convert your EZiCash e-Tickets into Redemption Points at the service counters located at Vision City.
Present the Redemption Points receipt and your EZiCash card prior to transaction at the Genting Grand GRGToo Gallery.
Converted Redemption Points must be used on the date of conversion only and sufficient redemption points are required for each transaction.
