All guests will have their temperature checked upon entry.

We monitor the number of guests in the casino and ensure that it is not overcrowded. Additionally, only limited players are to be expected at each table game.

Slot and ETG machines will be operating alternately. We ask that you keep the seat next to you empty at all times. If unsure, please use the floor markers as a guide.

All guests are required to scan the QR code from the MySejahtera app upon entry and exit.

Automated hand sanitizers are available throughout the casino floor. We encourage players to sanitize their hands before and after gaming. You are also encouraged to wear masks in public spaces.

SANITIZED CHIPS, CASH & EQUIPMENT
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of gaming equipment and machines. All banknotes are sterilized and gaming chips are disinfected with advanced antimicrobial coating technology. Kindly exchange your old chips with newly disinfected chips.

e-CASH
Before you game, please load a cash amount into your Genting Rewards card. This amount becomes e-CASH, which you will use for all gaming transactions. Load at the cashier counter, Cash Deposit Machine, or any gaming machines.
