Explore Clearwater Way, a valley that slices through two steep mountain slopes. In this three-kilometre guided tour, this adventure allows to discover rare native and endemic plants of Montane Oak Forest and Fishtail Falls

Ticket includes:

  • One (1) entry ticket for Clearwater Way experience.
  • Four-hour guided tour led by Park Ranger
  • For regular hikers / seasoned hikers only. Guests aged 10 and above with regular hiking experience are allowed with parental companion.
  • Group size: 5 – 20 guests

 
  • Upon arrival, please present your online ticket confirmation email at the Resorts World Awana Reception
  • Please gather at Resorts World Awana Reception 30 minutes before the guided tour begins and wait approximately 10 minutes for the briefing (special briefing for wheelchair participants)
  • Exploring biodiversity tour includes discover rare native and endemic plants of Montane Oak Forest and Fishtail Falls.
  • Freshen up at our restrooms after the tour.
  1. All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
  2. Reservations are also available at Resorts World Awana Reception - we accept CASH ONLY as a payment mode.
  3. For guests aged 16 and above.
  4. Guest(s) must first show risk status on MySejahtera app before admission. Entry to premises are allowed regardless of vaccination status except COVID-19 positive cases with ‘High Risk’ status on MySejahtera and those under Home Surveillance Order.
  5. For guided tours, all guests should arrive at Resorts World Awana 30 minutes before the tour begins and are required to sign an indemnity waiver. Failure to do so may result in the participant missing out on certain tour components with no compensation or refund.
  6. All guests must retain their confirmation email(s) for inspection. The Management reserves the right to deny redemption for any guest(s) who do not own a valid confirmation email.
  7. All guests must comply with trails’ safety guidelines, rules and regulations.
  8. No request to change the validity date of the purchased Tickets shall be entertained.
  9. The Tickets are strictly non-transferable, not for sale or exchange and non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced or tampered.
  10. In the event that trails’ operations are hindered or may be hindered due to inclement weather, power outage, other natural disasters, infrastructure dysfunction, or other reason for which the Management cannot be held responsible, the operation may be suspended or the hiking duration or journey may be reduced. The Management reserves the right to cancel or postpone without any refunds or compensation.
  11. The Management reserves the right to:
    • require additional information or proof of identity from you for the purpose of redeeming the Tickets and/or packages,
    • and deny your confirmation email redemption if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if, in our reasonable opinion, the transaction is deemed fraudulent
  12. The Management reserves the right to review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  13. No delay or failure on our part in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms & Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right, power or remedy.
  14. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
  15. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  16. Image rights: The guest(s) agreed to the use of photography/videography taken during the hiking experiences for promotional purposes on the website and/or relevant social media platforms. If you do not want to participate, please let the guide know before the hike begins.
  17. Other operating Terms and Conditions may apply.
