After a brief pause due to the pandemic, Resorts World Genting is once again proud to announce the comeback of  the 14th Genting World Lion Dance Championship in 2023. With the best lion dance teams coming from all over the world to compete at the most established high-stilt lion dance championships, Resorts World Genting welcomes fans to experience it live.

Lion dance has gained popularity across the globe over the years and is now an internationally recognised sport. From the rhythmic beat of the drums to the jaw-dropping stunts, the lions come alive and mesmerise you with their stunning acrobatic performances and synchronised agility.

  • Ticket prices are subject to a RM4 processing fee.
  1. A standard child ticket rate is RM50. Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for a child ticket priced at RM50 without a seat, while children taller than 95cm must purchase tickets according to the published rates.
  2. Each ticket includes admission for one (01) person and is applicable across all ages, including children and infants.
  3. The discounted rates published above are only available to a stipulated number of tickets and are subject to change without prior notice. 
  4. Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  5. Tickets sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable. 
  6. The organiser shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damage to the tickets sold. 
  7. No third-party ticket collection is allowed unless an Authorisation Letter, photocopy of the credit card that made the payment and credit card holder's NRIC/passport is issued by the Purchaser and presented upon ticket collection on the event day. Failing to produce any of these documents, the organiser reserves the right to not release the ticket(s).
  8. The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited. Organiser reserves the right to cancel tickets that have not been purchased from rwgenting.com or other authorised points of sale listed on Resorts World Genting’s website only.
  9. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
  10. Strictly no video recording and photography allowed during the show.
  11. Video cameras, cameras and tablet computers such as iPad are not allowed in the venue.
  12. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
