• Pricing is quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and inclusive of Service Tax and Entertainment Duty at prevailing rate where applicable.
• Online tickets must be purchased one (01) day before visiting the park.
• Definitions of Tickets:
  FREE park admission applies to children below 90cm in height
  Standard: Guest with a height above 110cm
  Child: Guest with a height between 90cm to 110cm
  Senior: Guests aged 60 years or above
  Guests with Disabilities: Guests with disability certificates
• The Park is closed every Tuesday, except for Malaysian public holidays. Click here to view the park opening dates on Tuesday.
• Malaysian rates are valid for Malaysian citizens only with a Malaysian Identification Card.
• Guests are required to provide their physical Malaysian Identification Card for verification purposes prior to park admission.
• An additional surcharge of an amount based on the walk-in rate will be collected for any wrong ticket purchase.

1. Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified or operating at reduced capacity.

4. The use of the venue Ticket(s) and/or entry to Genting SkyWorlds implies your acceptance of the General Ticketing Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations.
5. No request for a change of the validity date of the purchased Tickets shall be entertained.
6. The Tickets are strictly non-transferable, not for resale, exchange and/or non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced and/or tampered.
7. All guest(s) must retain their confirmation email(s) for inspection purposes when required. The Management reserves the right to:
   a. request additional information or proof of identity from you in order to verify confirmation email(s); and
   b. deny your entry if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if the transaction is deemed fraudulent in our reasonable opinion.
8. The Management reserves the right to review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between English and other translations of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. All guest(s) must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated and adhere to all Genting SkyWorlds’ Rules and Regulations as stipulated in gentingskyworlds.com/rules-regulations.com.
12. Other operating Terms and Conditions may apply.

1. Each 2026 Genting SkyWorlds ticket holder is entitled to one (01) RM10 e-voucher, which can be utilised at either F&B or Retail outlet at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
2. Please present the original e-voucher QR code from the Genting SkyWorlds app upon redemption. Any screenshot or photocopy of the e-voucher is not acceptable.
3. The e-voucher is valid only on the same day of visits to Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
4. Once redeemed, the e-voucher is considered utilised and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods.
5. The e-voucher can be combined with up to four (04) vouchers per transaction, provided the e-voucher is valid.
6. The e-voucher is applicable at any participating outlets, including the following F&B and Retail locations within Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park (subject to operating hours).

8. E-voucher redemption flow at Genting SkyWorlds retail outlet:
   1. Guests who linked their 2026 Genting SkyWorlds ticket in the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app will receive an RM10 e-voucher for utilisation at either F&B or Retail outlet inside Genting SkyWorlds.
   2. Genting SkyWorlds retail crew will scan the e-voucher QR code for redemption/ validation upon guest checkout at the cashier counter.
   3. The e-voucher is not applicable for use at any retail pushcarts, ponchos and photo products.
   4. Applicable outlets for redemption (subject to respective operating hours): Studio Emporium, Galaxy Store, Freedom Shop, Rio Mercado, Cavern Treasures, ESD Exchange, Redwoods Trading Post.
9. Any unutilised amount will be forfeited. No refund, exchange, or extension will be permitted.
