- No amendment or cancellation is allowed once a booking is confirmed.
- No refunds will be issued if the package is cancelled or unutilized.
- Delegates shall bear any airfares, transport or incidental expenses incurred.
- International tourists (non-Malaysians) are subject to a Tourism Tax of RM10 and Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room per night, which is payable upon check-in.
- Misuse, reselling of rooms, or violation of terms may result in the pass and/or package being revoked without refund.
- The Management reserves all rights to change the event date, speakers, programme content and venue should circumstances so require, without incurring any liability.
