As they say, ‘Coffee is always a good idea’, but ‘Coffee in the Clouds’ is an even better one. After an amazing event last year, the one-day coffee festival is returning to Resorts World Awana, this time bigger and better than ever. It doesn’t matter if you’re a coffee connoisseur, casual sipper, or even prefer matcha (we have some of that too). Come on up for some good brews, cool air, learn more about coffee, and look forward to some exciting activities in store. Psst…there will even be a hot air balloon ride to take you even higher than 3100 feet above sea level.

1. World Young Barista Championship

For the first time, the World Young Barista Championship (WYBC) Grand Final is making its way beyond its origin country of South Korea to our mountaintop resort. WYBC is one of the world's fastest-growing youth coffee competitions, bringing together aspiring baristas from more than 10 countries to compete on an international stage. It’s sure to be ‘grounds for greatness’, so stay tuned to see who emerges as the winner and ‘a cup above the rest’ (okay, we’ll stop).

• Founder of UAN Matcha
Bringing the authentic taste and traditions of Japanese matcha to Malaysia, she now brings the experience to Coffee in the Clouds for you to discover firsthand.
