What is Tap & Play?
The Tap & Play card is a convenient cashless payment system in which monetary value is stored in a card for use at designated terminals to allow the user to play games with more convenience.

How does the Tap & Play card work?
To play, Tap the card onto the small reader fixed on the machines displaying the Tap & Play icon. The price of each game will be deducted from the card value.

Where can I use the Tap & Play card?
The Tap & Play card can be used at all video simulation machines, redemption machines, skills games, kiddie rides and children’s
rides at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park and  Vision City Video Games Park

Where can I purchase an Tap & Play card?

Can I top up the Tap & Play value if the credits are not sufficient?
Yes, guests may top up the value at the cashier counters and kiosks located at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park and Vision City Video Games Park

Can the Tap & Play credit balance be refunded?
No. Tap & Play credits are valid for 90 days from the last activity. Any unutilised balance is non-refundable.

  1. This promotion is open to Genting Rewards members only.
  2. The promotion is applicable from 22.05 – 07.06.2026.
  3. Members who purchase or reload RM300 or RM500 worth of Ezicash credits in a single receipt transaction at Vision City/Sky Arcade cashier counter or kiosk can redeem two (02) free gifts/plush toys.
  4. Genting Rewards members must show this website/promotion visual to entitled for the free gift/plush toy.
  5. Members are required to approach on-duty staff and present the physical reload receipt together with a valid Genting Rewards card or membership QR code via the RWG Mobile App at the point of redemption.
  6. Members must redeem the complimentary gift within the same reload date in which they qualify for participation. Reload receipts from previous dates will not be accepted.
  7. Redemption is available exclusively at Vision City @ Lower Lobby, Genting Grand & Sky Arcade @ Skytropolis service counter, Resorts World Genting, during the merchant’s normal operating hours.
  8. Members may choose a variety of toys/stationery shown at the display rack next to the service counter.
  9. Each member is entitled to a maximum of one (01) redemption per day.
  10. All presented spending receipt(s) will be validated with a unique stamp issued by the merchant at the time of redemption, as each validated receipt is strictly for one-time use only.
