How can I park for free?
Parking is free for Genting Rewards Platinum, Gold, and SkyGold members only. To enjoy free parking, swipe or tap a valid Genting Rewards Platinum, Gold, or SkyGold card at the car park entry and exit points. You will not collect a parking ticket.

Is there a grace period to exit the car park?
Yes. After you have validated your parking ticket, please collect your vehicle and exit the car park within 30 minutes.

I lost my Touch N’ Go/ Visa/ Mastercard/ MyDebit card that I have used to enter the car park. What should I do?
A fine of RM100 will be charged. We also advise to lodge a card cancellation/ missing report immediately to your bank/ Touch N’ Go.

Is valet service available?
This service is available for a fee at Genting Grand, Highlands Hotel, Genting SkyWorlds Hotel and Crockfords.
