  • Highlands Hotel will be reintroduced as “RW Hotel”
  • Resort Hotel will be renamed “Highlands Hotel”

This milestone marks more than a name change — it represents the flagship expression of the Resorts World brand. Bringing together scale, experience, and a sense of belonging to define the Resorts World way of hospitality.

RW Hotel (Formerly known as Highland Hotel)

    No. There will be no change to the ownership or management of the hotels. The rebranding is part of a strategic brand enhancement initiative.
  2. Will existing reservations be affected?
    All existing reservations will remain and automatically updated to reflect the new hotel names wherever applicable.
  3. Will guests need to take any action regarding their bookings?
    No further action is required from guests. All booking details, confirmation numbers, and arrangements will remain unchanged.
  4. Will the hotels’ contact numbers and addresses change?
    The hotel locations and contact details will remain unchanged unless otherwise officially communicated.
