Great For
: Honeymoon couples, luxury travellers

This is the crème de la crème of all hotels at the resort. All Crockfords suites feature an in-room private steam bath, luxurious Greek Calacatta marble restroom fixtures, and sweeping vistas of the surrounding rainforest. It is also the only hotel in Malaysia to receive the prestigious 5-star rating by the Forbes Travel Guide for six consecutive years (2019 – 2024) and even has a butler service to cater to your every need, like drawing a bubble bath. There are even unique Executive Suite types: Gym (includes high-end Italian gym system), Tatami (includes Zen tea ceremony space), and Mahjong (includes automatic mahjong table). Dine at the exclusive Crockfords Café for breakfast, lunch, or afternoon tea. We recommend the Supreme Nasi Lemak with Lobster for an indulgent breakfast.

There isn’t an in-house spa & gym, but there is a complimentary shuttle service to use the facilities at Genting Grand. The use of the swimming pool at Level 18 of Highlands Hotel is also complimentary.

Another beacon of opulence at the resort, the hotel has been a verified 4-star luxury property by the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide for seven consecutive years (2018 – 2024). However, note that the 4-star luxury ranking is by Forbes’ own standards only and it’s actually a 5-star hotel. Its location offers easy access to all the attractions at the resort and a step outside its lobby will offer you a gorgeous view of the rolling mists. It includes the M Spa which offers therapeutic massages and unlimited daily access to its gym.
