Dishes include the iconic Ayam Percik infused with the smoky aromas of a charcoal fire, fragrant Nasi Kerabu with its array of herbs, Chef Shuhada’s celup tepung – an assortment of deep-fried snacks, Rendang Tok, Singgang Kelantan, Ayam Cencalok, Urab Nangka & Tempe, and Daging Singgang among others. It truly is a feast for the senses!

The star of the show is the succulent Kambing Golek — a whole roast lamb that’s a festive must-have during Ramadan and at any Buka Puasa buffet.

Also featured is a selection of 10 homemade sambals from Aneka Sambal “The Lost Recipes”. Each of the spicy, aromatic, and colourful sambals pays tribute to the rich culinary heritage of the region.

Smells from the live cooking stations fill the air and a wide selection of condiments and fresh ulam are also available.

Seafood lovers will love the squid, crabs, mussels, and prawns from the grilled seafood station and the mouthwatering Seafood Shellout!

To cap off the meal, a host of local Malaysian desserts and kuih-muih awaits. From the creamy richness of Seri Muka to the cool sweetness of shaved ice, every treat is a festive delight.
