Although Resorts World Genting may have made a name for itself with its various attractions such as its indoor and outdoor theme parks, it is also a foodie destination with dozens of establishments to dine at.  One of these is Burger & Lobster, which hails from London and first opened its doors at the mountaintop resort in 2017. 

Seven years on, diners are still lining up for a taste of their luscious lobsters which are freshly flown in from Nova Scotia, Canada and their blissfully beefy burgers made with supreme halal-grade beef from Stanbroke, Australia. 

It also won Restaurant of the Year at the HAPA Awards Malaysia Series 2023-2024, proving that it continues to win over gastronomes with its mindblowing flavours. Although everyone loves their bestsellers such as The Chilli Lobster and the Lobster Roll, the restaurant has rolled out not one but two, but 13 new menu items!

Here are our top picks for what you should try, exclusively available at Resorts World Genting. 

XO Lobster

Bursting with rich umami flavours, XO sauce is a flavour-bomb seafood relish with a mild spicy hit, making it a unique and sophisticated lobster dish. The live lobsters and sauce are cooked together in a clay pot to allow the flavours to marry well. Upon popular request, Garlic Butter Rice has also been added to the menu, which perfectly pairs with the dish. 

Kimchi Roll

Annyeonghaseyo! Discover the combination of succulent lobster featuring the tangy, spicy kick of kimchi and gochujang, offering a unique and satisfying taste. This is a Korean take on the classic Lobster Roll that will make you go, “Masisseoyo (delicious)!”

Espresso Semi Freddo (RM20)

For dessert, have a taste of the Espresso Semi Freddo, an elevated take on tiramisu. Caramel, sea salt, and the soft coffee semifreddo will complete a perfect meal. 

Other new items include the Yucatan Chicken Roll (RM45), Texan Chicken Burger (RM50), Lobster Mac & Cheese (RM45), and the Lobster Croquettes (RM22).
