Ge Bi Lao Fan, born Fan Kaijie on November 2, 1998, in Chengde City, Hebei Province, is a Chinese singer-songwriter. He graduated from the Pop Vocal College of the Beijing Contemporary Music Academy.  

In November 2018, he released his debut original single Ji He Bu Ru, marking his official entry into the entertainment industry. In December of the same year, he released the single Shi Ben Chang Tai and successfully auditioned for the Hunan TV music competition show Singer 2019. In February 2019, he released the song Wo Zeng, which ranked in the top three of NetEase Music's first-quarter music chart.  

In November 2020, he was listed on the Forbes China 30 Under 30 Elite List and in 2023, he won the Annual Original Musician Award at the Asian Music Awards.

  2. A standard child ticket rate is RM50. Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for a child ticket priced at RM50 without a seat, while children taller than 95cm must purchase tickets according to the published rates.
  3. Each ticket includes admission for one (01) person and is applicable across all ages, including children and infants.
  4. The discounted rates published above are only available to a stipulated number of tickets and are subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  6. Tickets sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
  7. The Organiser shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damage to the tickets sold.
  8. No third-party ticket collection is allowed unless an Authorization Letter, photocopy of the credit card that made the payment and credit card holder's NRIC/ passport is issued by the Purchaser and presented upon ticket collection on the event day. Failing to produce any of these documents, the organiser reserves the right to not release the ticket(s).
  9. The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel tickets that have not been purchased from rwgenting.com or other authorised points of sale listed on Resorts World Genting’s website only.
  10. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
  11. Strictly no video recording and photography allowed during the show.
  12. Video cameras, cameras and tablet computers such as iPads are not allowed in the venue.
  13. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
