- Every attendee MUST enter the hall with a ticket, including children of all ages & infants.
- The concert starts on time, so please be seated by then.
- Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
- Payment must be made with a valid Credit/Debit/Prepaid Visa card to enjoy the privilege. Privilege is valid for Visa cards issued in Malaysia and outside of Malaysia.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, coupons, vouchers, or loyalty/privilege cards.
- No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of the discount.
- Confirmation is subject to room availability.
- All entitlements listed are valid on the dates stated, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Once a booking is made, no cancellations or amendments are allowed.
- Payment is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled or not utilized.
- Presentation of the Visa Card is required for verification process and payment must be made with a valid Visa card in a single booking/ receipt. In the event if payment is not made with a valid Visa card, full amount will be chargeable (without discount).

- Genting Rewards members are entitled to a 15% discount on VIP – PS3 ticket categories with cash, credit card or Genting Points payment only.
- Visa cardholders are also entitled to a 15% discount on VIP – PS3 ticket categories with online payment only.
- A standard child ticket rate is RM50. Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for a child ticket priced at RM50 without a seat, while children taller than 95cm must purchase tickets according to the published rates.
- Each ticket includes admission for one (01) person and is applicable across all ages, including children and infants.
- The discounted rates published above are only available to a stipulated number of tickets and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
- Tickets sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
- The Organiser shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to the tickets sold.
- No third-party ticket collection is allowed unless an Authorization Letter, a photocopy of the credit card that made the payment and the credit card holder's NRIC/ passport are issued by the Purchaser and presented upon ticket collection on the event day. Failing to produce any of these documents, the organiser reserves the right not to release the ticket(s).
- The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel tickets not purchased from rwgenting.com or other authorised points of sale listed on Resorts World Genting’s website only.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions without a refund, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
- Strictly no video recording and photography allowed during the show.
- Video cameras, cameras and tablet computers such as iPads are not allowed in the venue.
- Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
