Entitlements for four (04) pax: 

  • One-night stay in a Villa
  • Buffet breakfast at Jom Makan Awana
  • A choice of:
    • An entry to Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park and the Clearwater Way trail
    • An 18-hole golf session including green fees, buggy (twin-sharing), caddy (twin-sharing) and golfer’s insurance
  1. Confirmation of the package is subject to room availability.
  2. No refund will be issued for any cancelled or unutilised package.
  3. All entitlements will be issued to guests by the Front Office upon check-in.
  4. Guests are required to present a valid QR code for breakfast entitlements at the respective outlet.
  5. Arrangements for the Clearwater Way trail will be made at the Front Office upon check-in.
  6. Guests are required to present a printed email confirmation with QR code for entry to Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park.
  7. Bookings for 18-hole golf sessions must be made upon check-in, subject to availability and confirmation by Golf Operations.
  8. The Management reserves the right to amend, modify or withdraw these terms and conditions or the package at any time without prior notice.
  1. Golf Entitlement
    a. Each eligible package includes:   
      i. One (01) round of 18-hole for two (02) golfers per package
    b. Golfers are permitted to play one (1) round of 18 holes during the afternoon session only, subject to availability, on either: 
      i.  The day of hotel check-in, or 
      ii. The day of hotel check-out 
  2. Advance Booking Requirement
    a. All golf sessions must be booked up to thirty (30) days in advance, subject to availability and confirmation by Golf Operations.

  3. Handicap Requirement
    a. All golfers must possess a valid and recognised handicap.
    b. Management reserves the right to verify handicaps and refuse or terminate play for non-compliance without refund, credit, or compensation shall be provided in such cases. 
  4. Compliance with Golf Division Rules & Regulations
    a. All golfers must strictly comply with the Resorts World Awana – Golf Division Rules & Regulations and all applicable course policies, including but not limited to: 
      i.   Dress code requirements 
      ii.  Pace of play policies 
      iii. Safety procedures, including suspension of play due to weather or lightning 
      iv.  Compulsory caddy requirements, where applicable 
      v.   Course etiquette, conduct, and behaviour standards
    b. Management reserves the right to enforce, amend, interpret, and apply these rules at its sole discretion. Failure to comply may result in refusal of play, suspension, or removal from the course without refund, compensation, or replacement entitlement. 
  5. No Refund, Cancellation and No Compensation Policy
    a. All Stay & Play packages are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to the following situations: 
      i.    Cancellation by the guest 
      ii.   Failure to utilise or partially utilise the package 
      iii.  Personal inability or decision not to play 
      iv. Suspension, interruption, or cancellation of play due to safety reasons 
      v.   Course closure due to weather, lightning, fog, or force majeure 
      vi.  Tee time rescheduling, modification, or cancellation by Management 
      vii. Operational or safety decisions made by Management
    b. No refunds, credits, rain checks, replacements, or compensation shall be provided under any circumstances. 
  6. Governing Conditions
    a. This package is fully subject to: 
      i.   Resorts World Awana – Golf Division Rules & Regulations 
      ii.  All applicable golf course operating policies and procedures 
      iii. Course availability, maintenance requirements, and safety conditions 
      iv. Weather conditions and safety assessments 
      v.  Any other operational requirements determined by Management 
  7. Management Rights and Final Authority
    a. Management reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to: 
      i.   Modify, reschedule, suspend, or cancel tee times 
      ii.  Close the golf course or restrict access to any part of the course 
      iii. Restrict, modify, or prohibit any play format or activity 
      iv. Enforce compliance with all rules and policies 
      v.  Refuse, suspend, or terminate play 
      vi.  Amend, revise, suspend, or withdraw this package at any time without prior notice
    b. All decisions by Management are final and binding.
