The breakfast venue has been relocated from Food Factory to Coffee Terrace effective 01/09/2024. Please ask a member of our staff for assistance.
A room booking that has been confirmed cannot be transferred to another person. Guests are not allowed to check-in on behalf of another person. Failure to check-in will be considered as a no-show and a penalty fee will be charged.
The nearest alternative parking for Genting SkyWorlds Hotel guests is at Resort Hotel.
Open-air parking lots are available behind the hotel but are limited and are restricted to hotel guests only on a first come, first served basis (valet parking rates apply)
Guests may drop off/pick up at the hotel porch for convenience before/after parking.
