The steakhouse, which has nine locations in the United States of America, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, China, Taiwan, Cyprus and Singapore, is world-famous for its dry-aged steaks derived exclusively from Black Angus cattle. Dry-aging - which is the process of storing beef on racks for several weeks for tenderising and enhancing the flavour profile – is what makes Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s beef exemplary. It is this 28-day process that delivers steaks of such stellar quality, resulting in Wolfgang’s Steakhouse making it onto every single list of best steakhouses around the world. Burger & Lobster, Level 1 SkyAvenue

event-rwg

This is one of RWG’s most famous restaurants, which hails from London’s Leicester Square. However, there is a dish that isn’t even available at the original restaurant and is unique to SkyAvenue: the Chilli Lobster (RM228). An interpretation of Singapore’s Chilli Crab, this dish is served with the perfectly toasted brioche made in-house which you can use to soak up the spicy, slightly sweet and tangy sauce, paired with succulent lobster flesh. Yum!

Genting Palace, Level 2, Highlands Hotel

One of RWG’s most celebrated culinary gems and one of its longest-operating restaurants, this is where you should go for the best Cantonese cuisine on the mountain. We’ve never tasted a bad dish here yet and we recommend the braised dried fish maw with black mushroom in yellow broth (RM388). This incorporates one of the four main delicacies of the sea, fish maw which is a good source of collagen and is low in fats.
