- Tickets must not be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Any breach may result in ticket forfeiture and denial of entry to the Theme Park
- The e-Voucher code is non-refundable in the event of no show or that the voucher is not used
- Lost of the e-Voucher code due to whatsoever unforeseen circumstances will not be entitled to a replacement code
