Remarks:

  • Daily redemption limit for existing Genting Rewards members is capped at two (2) per member
  • Each Y2026 sign-up Genting Rewards member entitled and capped at one (1) complimentary refreshment set as a welcome gift.
  • Refreshment Set menu provided by the F&B outlets are as follows:
    • Samtai YAMCH’A: Lemon Tea with Signature Pohpiah (vegetarian) OR Lemon Tea with Signature Karipap.
    • Rimba Resto: Cucur Jagung with Teh Tarik.
  • All menu offerings may vary from time to time due to market conditions and ingredient availability.
  • Please note that Samtai YAMCH’A & Rimba Resto serve Halal food.
  1. The voucher can only be redeemed via the RWG Mobile App.
  2. Members must earn the pre-requisite Genting Points (GP) to be eligible for redemptions.
  3. GP earning criteria include spending at Genting Rewards participating merchants located in Resorts World Genting, Genting Highlands Premium Outlets and Johor Premium Outlets.
  4. Members are required to redeem the e-voucher from RWG App on the same trading date that they have achieved the GP earning criteria.
  5. The voucher redemption period is from 01/03/2026 to 31/05/2026.
  6. Each member may redeem a maximum of two (02) refreshment sets per day under the Earn & Redeem promotion, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  7. 2026 new members are entitled to one (01) complimentary refreshment set throughout the entire campaign.
  8. Once a voucher has been redeemed through the RWG Mobile App, no cancellations and no refunds will be entertained.
  9. The voucher is valid for 2 days from the date of issuance.
  10. Members must present the virtual voucher via the official app upon voucher usage. Screenshots or copies of the eVoucher are not accepted.
  11. Voucher is valid only at the following outlets:
    • Samtai YAMCH’A, Lot T2C-B03, Level 4, SkyAvenue, Resorts World Genting, 69000 Genting Highlands, Pahang (Redemption Hours: 1000hrs – 2130hrs)
    • Rimba Resto, Lot T2A-20, Level 2, First World Plaza, Resorts World Genting, 69000 Genting Highlands, Pahang (Redemption Hours: 0700hrs – 0400hrs)
  12. Each voucher entitles the member to one (01) refreshment set only which includes one (01) light snack and one (01) beverage. No GP will be awarded for redemption made using food vouchers.
  13. GP will be awarded only for extra orders paid via cash, card, or e-wallet.
  14. All menu offerings are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions and the availability of fresh ingredients.
  15. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods, in part or in full.
  16. GENM reserves the right to cancel, add or amend the Campaign, Promotion, Offers and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
