As the year draws to a close and the festive spirit begins to fill the air, Resorts World Genting turns up the volume this November with a stellar concert line-up. If you’ve had a lacklustre year, it’s time to add some star dazzle to it with one of these shows and cap off 2025 with a bang!

Janice Vidal “Out of Frame” World Tour in Malaysia

Two decades ago, a star was born in the Cantopop scene with Janice Vidal’s soft yet radiant voice shining through emotionally rich hit songs such as "大哥" and "如水". This tour celebrates her 20-year musical journey which has included singing songs in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin and having her wax portrayal being featured in Madame Tussauds Hong Kong. As of 2023, she is no longer with Warner Music and is an independent artist so expect more creativity flowing from the artist. Fun fact: she’s of mixed Filipino, Chinese, and Korean descent and was first discovered when she was doing backing vocals for Leon Lai.

One of the longest running bands in the world since their debut in 1988, they have gone on to perform almost 1,000 shows, sold over 11 million albums and earned over 1.5 billion streams. One of Asia’s most distinctive voices is finally making her Malaysia solo debut! Known for her husky, soulful tone, she has brought timeless hits like “Not Just Friends” (不只是朋友), “It’s Not That Simple” (没那么简单), “Again” (重來) and “The More I Love, The More I Understand” (愈爱愈明白) to generations of fans. It’s been a long wait for my Malaysian fans,” Tiger shares. “I can’t wait to speak to all of you in the way I know best, through music, this November.”

2025 Tai Chi Band 40th Anniversary Tour Concert - Resorts World Genting

Formed in 1985, Tai Chi took the Hong Kong music scene by storm with their breakthrough debut “Red Lips in the Storm” (暴風紅唇) at the Carlsberg Pop Music Festival, clinching the championship title and officially stepping into the limelight. The members once went their separate ways in 1995 but reunited in 2005. Through the years, albums such as 迷 (Lost), 想 (Thoughts) and 沉默風暴 (Silent Storm) cemented their reputation as pioneers of Cantonese rock.

831 'NOBODY CAN FLY' 2025 WORLD TOUR – MALAYSIA

The band which was first formed during their high school lead vocalist/guitarist A Pu (阿璞), keyboardist Xiao Ju (小橘), guitarist Liu Bi (劉逼), bassist Ba Tian (霸天), and drummer A Dian (阿電). 831 now embarks on their fourth global tour  with a bold new theme, powerful visuals and fresh music. Centring around their upcoming sixth studio album, Nobody Can Fly doubles as a concert-film: raw storytelling, cinematic stagecraft, and unreleased tracks. It’s a narrative of authentic journeys of the band. The tour has visited Taipei, Kaohsiung, Tokyo, L.A., Singapore and is now coming to our doorstep!
