Step 1: Present your international passport at Info Counter located at Level 1, SkyAvenue (next to Dragon-i) between 10am – 10pm
Step 2: Redeem a Welcome Kit*
Step 3: Unlock discounts and surprises at participating outlets

Important notes:

  • Every individual (aged above 18 years old) can only redeem ONCE.
  • The Tourist Privilege is valid at Resorts World Genting only.
  • Limited to 100 international tourists per day, first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  • International tourists with Genting Rewards member cards, can only choose either one of the on-going promotions in the mall.
  • Privileges attached to the usage of the governed by the terms & conditions set by participating outlets in Resorts World Genting.
  • International tourists are required to complete a Tourist Privilege form prior to enjoying the privileges. By participating, you are deemed to have read, understood, voluntarily and unconditionally consented to the collection, usage, processing and storage of your personal data in the manner and for the purposes described in the Personal Data Processing Statement (PDPS) of Genting Malaysia Berhad available at Privacy Policy | Resorts World Genting (Privacy Policy | Resorts World Genting).

Redeem an exclusive product with a minimum spend of RM600 (maximum of 3 receipts). 

How to redeem:

Step 1: Spend RM600 & above (max. 3 receipts) on the same day
Step 2: Present the Tourist Privilege welcome kit and passport with the receipts to redeem the limited-edition item. (Limited to 1 redemption per customer per day and while stocks last)
Step 3: Receipt submission must be made on the same day of purchase at Information Counter, Level 1, Zouk Atrium, SkyAvenue, 10am – 10pm.

Important notes:

  • Limited to 50 participants per day, first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  • A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
  • Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
  • Resorts World Genting reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.

  2. Campaign will take place at SkyAvenue and is valid from 01.01 – 31.12.2026, 10am – 10pm daily.
  3. Limited to one (1) gift redemption per shopper per day, while stocks last.
  4. Only applicable to international tourists that present their passport upon registration at Information Counter, Level 1, SkyAvenue (beside Dragon-i).
  5. Shoppers must be 18 years old and above to participate in the campaign.
  6. International tourists with Genting Rewards Member cards, can only choose either one of the on-going promotions in the mall.
  7. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase/transaction, the Tourist Privilege tag / Genting Rewards card is to be presented at the point of redemption.
  8. Valid for purchases made at any participating outlets except push carts, kiosks, temporary vendors and promotional roadshows.
  9. Only applicable for original purchases made at any participating outlets in Resorts World Genting, excluding Hotels, Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, Theme Parks, Genting Rewards point, bill payments, reload cards, any form of gift cards/vouchers, money changers, banks and services.
  10. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
  11. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicated’ are not valid for redemption.
  12. Promotions are subject to terms and conditions as stipulated by the participating outlets.
  13. The Gift is strictly non-resalable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
  14. The Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the Gift.
  15. If the item is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, the Management reserves the right to provide an alternative item of equivalent value without prior notice.
