1. This offer is strictly valid for individuals aged 21 years and above and is open to non-Muslims only.
2. Proof of age and identification may be required at check-in or registration.
3. All registered players are required to report to the registration station from 8am – 9am on the day of the tournament, 19.10.2025.
4. The name used for the booking must match the participating player's name. This is required for check-in and participation verification.
5. Once a booking is confirmed, no changes to the participant's name or playing category will be allowed.
6. Important:
   Upon successful booking, participants will receive a WhatsApp message from SportSync, the official tournament management platform, to complete their registration. Kindly note that the message from SportSync is official and not a scam.
7. Bookings are non-transferable and non-substitutable. Ensure all information is accurate before finalising your booking.
8. All matches shall be conducted in accordance with USAPA (USA Pickleball Association) rules and regulations.
9. Only paddles that comply with USAPA and UPA-A standards are permitted.
10. The official tournament ball is the Protech XP40, subject to substitution at the organiser’s discretion.
11. Players’ attire must not be of a colour that interferes with the visibility of the official ball.
12. Participants who purchased the eligible tournament package may redeem their goody bags at the registration counter upon check-in.
13. Room package players will be assisted by Resorts World Genting staff with luggage and bags, which will be brought to the hotel lobby.
14. In the event of rain, the tournament will proceed using the Round Robin 15-point format to avoid game delays.
15. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the package and participation rights without refund.
16. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the tournament without prior notice.
17. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
