Nestled in the mid-hills of Genting Highlands, Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park offers an exceptional destination where visitors can engage with nature's most vibrant displays. Our curated spaces are designed to spark curiosity, inviting visitors to explore the intricate relationships between plants, ecosystems, and humanity.

  2. Booking period: 21 - 23.08.2026.
  3. Published rates are valid for 2-day 1-night stays.
  4. Packages are valid for stays from 24.08 - 31.12.2026.
  5. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  6. Room availability is limited and subject to change. The discounted rate may not be available for all room types or dates. Blackout dates may apply.
  7. Modifications to bookings, such as changing dates, room type, and others, are not permitted. Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment made.
  8. Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park is open from 10am to 6pm, closed every Wednesday and Thursday except on Malaysia National Public Holidays and school holidays. 
  9. Definition of a Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park 1-Day Ticket:
    • Valid for guests aged 13 years old and above.
    • Children (3–12 years old), senior citizens (60 years old and above), and guests with disabilities may purchase admission tickets separately at the official website at the prevailing rate.
  10. Requests for changes to validity date for purchased tickets will not be entertained.
  11. All ticket holders must present valid proof of purchase (e.g. confirmation email with QR code) upon arrival to redeem their entry ticket.
  12. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not for resale unless explicitly authorised by the organiser.
  13. Guests are required to produce a printed email confirmation with QR Code for entry to Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park.
  14. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
  15. The final payment is made in Malaysian Ringgit, based on the prevailing exchange rate at the bank's point of billing.
