  2. Entitlements are only valid on the specified dates and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  3. The Play Mode Package entry is valid for one day only and must occur on the date specified during purchase.
  4. Guests must present a printed email confirmation with a QR Code to scan at the turnstile to enter Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
  5. For the Play Mode Package, guests must exchange the printed email confirmation at the ticketing counter for a wristband to access Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park.
  6. F&B credits and retail value entitlements are only valid within Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
  7. Retail value cannot be used for poncho or photo merchandise and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  8. Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified, or operating at reduced capacity.
  9. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or unused portions of the packages.
  10. Guests with the Play Mode Package may visit two designated parks (Genting SkyWorlds and Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park) within the same day.
  11. The Management reserves the right to amend, add, or cancel these packages or their terms without prior notice.

CEO’S HOLIDAY GUIDES

How to Activate and Use the F&B / Retail Vouchers from CEO’s Holiday Packages

After purchasing a CEO’s Holiday Packages, follow these steps to activate and use your F&B and Retail vouchers at Genting SkyWorlds:

  1. Download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app before your visit.
  2. Log in using your mobile number, email, or Genting Rewards membership ID.
  3. Swipe right for the <Menu> and select <My Tickets>.
  4. Scan the QR code from your confirmation email or physical ticket to link it to the app.
  5. Go to <My Tickets> to view your available F&B and Retail vouchers.
  6. Present the voucher via the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app at participating outlets on the same day of your visit to redeem it.
  • Vouchers are valid only at participating F&B and Retail outlets in Genting SkyWorlds and must be used on the same day of your visit.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods (partially or fully).
  • Vouchers cannot be used for poncho or photo merchandise purchases.
  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or unused vouchers.
  • Any unutilized balance from the voucher will not be refunded.
  • Guests must present the voucher from the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app at the outlet to enjoy the offer.
  • The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw these terms at any time without prior notice.
