To reserve your seat, call our 24-hour hotline at +6012 332 6386. Seat availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis and guests are required to present your valid Genting Rewards card upon embarking.

2. Upon boarding, please present your Genting Rewards Card.
3. The Complimentary Van Transfer Service is available from Awana Hotel to Highlands Hotel/Crockfords Hotel/First World Hotel/Resort Hotel/Genting Sky Worlds Hotel/Genting Grand Hotel.
4. Please call +60123326386 for the complimentary van transfer service reservation (24hours)
5. At least one hour in advance for any complimentary van transfer service is required.
