Terms and conditions

  1. Members must redeem their voucher via i-kiosk on the same day they earned the Genting Points. Vouchers cannot be redeemed on a different day.
  2. Voucher redemption is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Redemption may be limited and is not guaranteed.
  3. Each member is limited to ONE (1) voucher redemption throughout the campaign period.
  4. ONE (1) voucher is valid for ONE (1) food and beverage treat set only.
  5. Vouchers are valid for 3 days from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers will not be honoured, and extensions are not permitted.
  6. To redeem meal sets, members must present both their Genting Rewards Card and the voucher at Gelato (Lobby, First World Hotel) or Lobby Cafe (First World Hotel). Failure to present both may result in the inability to redeem the voucher.
  7. Ice cream flavours at Gelato are determined daily and may vary. Members will only know the available flavours upon claiming their ice cream, and specific flavours cannot be guaranteed.
  8. Set B is only available from 12.30pm until 10.00pm.
  9. Packed food options at Lobby Cafe vary daily. Members will only know the available options upon claiming their food, and specific items cannot be guaranteed.
  10. Only selected packed food and pastries are eligible for redemption using the voucher.
  11. Please refer to the respective Resorts World Genting website pages for the operating hours of Gelato and Lobby Cafe.
  12. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be extended.
  13. Genting Malaysia Berhad reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  14. Members must comply with all terms and conditions set by Genting Malaysia Berhad. Any misuse or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the promotion.
