1. This offer is strictly valid for individuals aged 21 years and above and is open to non-Muslims only.
2. Proof of age and identification may be required at check-in or registration.
3. Each player is allowed to purchase a package for only one category in the tournament (e.g., Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles).  Multiple purchases under the same player name (which also refers to booking or check-in name) across different categories are strictly prohibited.  If a player is found to have purchased for more than one category, all entries will be forfeited without refund.
4. All registered players are required to report to the registration station by 8am on the day of the tournament, 19.10.2025.
5. The name used for the booking must match the participating player's name. This is required for check-in and participation verification.
6. Once a booking is confirmed, no changes to the participant's name or playing category will be allowed.
7. Bookings are non-transferable and non-substitutable. Ensure all information is accurate before finalising your booking.
8. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the package and participation rights without refund.
9. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the tournament without prior notice.
10. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

1. A minimum of 24 pairs and a maximum of 32 teams, divided into 8 groups. If fewer than 8 teams participate, the prize money will be reduced by half.
2. All 32 doubles pairs will compete in a round-robin group stage. The top 2 pairs from each group advance to the knockout stage.
3. Group Stage: Round-robin within each group.
4. Knockout Stage: The top 2 teams from each group advance to Round of 16, followed by Quarterfinals, Semifinals, 3rd/4th place match, and the Final.
5. Match Rules: Standard USA Pickleball Association rules. 
6. Seeding and Bracketing: Based on team rankings or random draw.

7. A minimum of three (03) match officials, including the Tournament Director (TD), will be present. Up to five (05) referees may be deployed.
8. The tournament crew includes:
   • Tournament Director: 1 Person
   • Event Officials: 6 persons
9. Scoring system
   • Round-Robin Stage
     1. Single game to 15 rally points
     2. Sudden death at 14–14 (no deuce)
   • Quarterfinals & Semifinals
     1. Single game to 21 rally points
     2. Win by 2 points, no cap
   • Final Match
     1. Best of 2 games to 11 rally points each
     2. Win by 2 points, no cap
