Flame-grilled Meats for a Sizzling Good Time 

Indulge in succulent barbecued meats served in an alfresco setting for the perfect combination of sizzling hot food and cool, crisp air in a spectacular location. FIREPIT offers pork-free barbecue in a 40-seat restaurant serving international barbecue styles including Mongolian-style grilled lamb, beef, chicken, burgers, skewers, sausages, chips and sides. 

Fire Pit draws from the barbecue traditions of America, Europe and China, using meat imported from New Zealand and Australia for consistency and quality. All burgers and sausages are house-made using only fresh ground meat to ensure consistency and the perfect fat-to-meat ratio needed for moist, juicy patties and sausages. The grills at Fire Pit utilise charcoal and orange wood, which is known to impart a light, fruity flavour to the meats. 

Signature dishes at FIREPIT include rotisserie chicken rubbed with Italian herbs and Mongolian-style spit-grilled whole lamb. Chinese lamb skewers, known as Yang Rou Chuan, are also another of FIREPIT’S specialties which takes its inspiration from the famed Xinjiang-style lamb. Other offerings include Armenian shish kebabs, Peri Peri chicken kebabs, Korean chicken kebabs, and vegetable skewers.
