[CANCELLED] 2024 WILBER PAN MAD LOVE CONCERT TOUR IN MALAYSIA

2024 WILBER PAN MAD LOVE CONCERT TOUR IN MALAYSIA, scheduled to be held on 20 July 2024 at the Arena of Stars, has been cancelled out of respect for the Coronation Ceremony of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia. We deeply regret for any inconvenience caused and the rescheduled date for the tour will be announced at a later time.

Refund will be issued to customers who have purchased ticket(s) to this show according to the respective method of payment mode:

i. By Cash: Please complete the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form and send the completed form along with a photocopy of your MyKad/passport to customercare@rwgenting.com.

ii. By Credit Card or Genting Points: An automated refund process is currently underway. Refunds will be received within 3 months.

All customers are welcome to keep any physical tickets previously issued. There is no need to return the tickets to us.

For 20 July room bookings made on Resorts World Genting's website or app, email customercare@rwgenting.com to request for cancellation by 7 July 2024. Please include proof of purchase of Wilber Pan concert tickets along with any other relevant documents. For bookings made with third parties, please refer to the respective booking agents.

  • Ticket price is subject to a RM4 processing fee.
  • Every customer MUST enter the hall with a ticket, including children of all ages & infants.
  • The concert starts at 6pm sharp, so please be seated by or before then. 
  • Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance. 

 

  1. Genting Rewards members can enjoy a 10% discount for VIP – PS4 ticket type via payment by cash, credit card or Genting Points.
  2. A standard child ticket rate is RM50. Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for a child ticket priced at RM50 without a seat, while children taller than 95cm must purchase tickets according to the published rates.
  3. Each ticket includes admission for one (01) person and is applicable across all ages, including children and infants.
  4. The discounted rates published above are only available to a stipulated number of tickets and are subject to change without prior notice. 
  5. Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  6. Tickets sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable. 
  7. The Organiser shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damage to the tickets sold. 
  8. No third-party ticket collection is allowed unless an Authorization Letter, photocopy of the credit card that made the payment and credit card holder's NRIC/ passport is issued by the Purchaser and presented upon ticket collection on the event day. Failing to produce any of these documents, the organiser reserves the right to not release the ticket(s).
  9. The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel tickets not purchased from rwgenting.com or other authorised points of sale listed on Resorts World Genting’s website only.
  10. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions without a refund, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
  11. Strictly no video recording and photography allowed during the show.
  12. Video cameras, cameras and tablet computers such as iPads are not allowed in the venue.
  13. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
