Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Countdown
Celebrate Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve in style at Resorts World Genting! Redeem your tickets early to secure your spot and enjoy a night of festive performances and a countdown. Admission is complimentary, with free seating and standing on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Redeem Your Ticket:
- Visit our designated ticketing counters at Arena Courtyard or Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park Ticketing Counter at SkyAvenue Gateway.
- Ticket redemption begins at 4pm on event day and continues until all tickets are redeemed.
- If Arena of Stars reaches full capacity, you will be redirected to Madison Square for a live broadcast.
- Final admission is at 11pm; entry may be adjusted or refused for safety reason.

Artist Line Up
- The Eve Countdown is a ticketed event with complimentary admission, free seating and standing. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed.
- Ticket redemption will be available at the designated ticketing counter located at Arena Courtyard and GSW Ticketing Counter at SkyAvenue Gateway. Redemption starts at 4pm on the event day and will remain open until all tickets have been fully redeemed.
- Should the Arena of Stars reach full capacity, guests will be redirected to Madison Square, where a live broadcast of the event will be provided.
- The final admission time to the event is 11pm. However, Resorts World Genting reserves the right to amend the entry cut-off time or refuse any entry if required for safety considerations.
- Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket issued by Resorts World Genting.
- Each ticket includes admission for one (01) person and is applicable across all ages, including children and infants.
- No metal or sharp objects, such as jewellery, zippers, or any objects that can snag or damage equipment, are prohibited. Bag checks may be conducted at the venue entrance.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the event venue.
- Attendees must be responsible for their personal belongings and cannot leave bags or possessions unattended.
- Attendees assume all risks associated with the event, including potential dangers.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and around the event venue; violators may be fined.
- Resorts World Genting reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been used or damaged, and the ticket holder may be refused admission.
