How to redeem your voucher (New Members)

  1. Sign up as a Genting Rewards Member
  2. Download the RWG app
  3. Register your details in the app and you’ll receive a voucher in “My Rewards”.
  4. Head to guest services to get your physical Genting Rewards card 
  5. Present your mobile app and e-voucher at Grand Cha Chaan Teng to purchase the Canadian Lobster 
  1. The voucher can only be redeemed via the RWG Mobile App.
  2. The voucher redemption period is from 15/11/2024 to 29/12/2024. Limited quantities of vouchers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Once a voucher is redeemed from the RWG Mobile App, cancellations will not be entertained.
  4. Each member can redeem a maximum of ONE (1) voucher from each category throughout the campaign period. The voucher is valid for 2 days from the date of issuance.
  5. Voucher utilization and food collection are only accepted at Grand Cha Chaan Teng Restaurant, located at the LVL 1 entrance of SkyCasino, SkyAvenue.
  6. Grand Cha Chaan Teng Restaurant serves non-halal food.
  7. Members are required to show the virtual voucher via the official app upon voucher usage.
  8. The restaurant operates 24 hours a day, but members can only order Canadian Lobster dishes between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily. Expired vouchers will not be entertained.
  9. The Canadian Lobster is subject to the restaurant’s daily stock availability.
  10. Buy 1 Canadian Lobster (at the normal rate) to get a complimentary half bird of Signature Crispy Roasted Duck.
  11. The offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods, in part or in full.
  12. Genting Malaysia Berhad (GENM) reserves the right to cancel, add or amend the Campaign, Promotion, Offers and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
