Remarks:

  1. Vouchers must be redeemed via the RWG Mobile App before use.
  2. Members must present both their physical Genting Rewards membership card and the virtual voucher upon entry to the buffet venue.
  3. Vouchers are valid for 2 days from the date of redemption.
  4. Redemptions are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Buffets can only be enjoyed during designated buffet hours.
  6. Once redeemed via the RWG Mobile App, vouchers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  7. Restaurant Information:
    • Jom Makan Awana is Halal-certified.
    • FUHU Restaurant serves pork-free cuisine.
    • Buffet packages do not include alcoholic beverages.
    • Genting Secret Garden Hotpot is a non-halal restaurant.
  1. Vouchers can only be redeemed via the RWG Mobile App from 02.03.2025 to 30.04.2025, subject to limited availability, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once redeemed, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
  2. Each member can redeem one voucher per promotion per day. Each voucher is valid for 2 days from the date of redemption.
  3. Voucher Utilisation:
    • F&B Vouchers (Buffet or Cash Vouchers) are valid at:

      FUHU Restaurant (Zouk Atrium, SkyAvenue)
      Buffet Hours: 5.30pm – 9.30pm

      Jom Makan Awana (Lobby Floor, Resorts World Awana)
      Buffet Hours: 6.30pm – 9.30pm (Available from 02 – 30.03 only)

      Genting Secret Garden Hotpot (Lobby Level, Genting Grand)
      Operation Hours:
      5pm – 11pm (Sun – Thurs)
      5pm – 1am (Fri, Sat & Eve of Public Holidays)
    • Theme Park Vouchers are valid for a 1-Day Standard Ticket at Genting SkyWorlds Outdoor Theme Park.
  4. Members must present the virtual voucher via the RWG Mobile App upon redemption. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. Buffet hours vary by restaurant.
  5. Buffet menus are subject to the restaurant’s discretion and stock availability.
  6. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods.
