Complimentary parking for Crockfords In-house Guests 

 

Crockfords In-house Guests may enjoy complimentary parking at our SkyAvenue public parking on B2 floor. To enjoy your entitlement, please approach our reception counter to validate your Touch ‘n Go card before exiting. Once the card is validated, kindly exit the premises within 30 minutes. Please note, while our valet services are available, they are chargeable for your convenience.

Notes: 

A room booking that has been confirmed cannot be transferred to another person. Guests are not allowed to check-in on behalf of another person. Failure to check-in will be considered as a no-show and a penalty fee will be charged.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is reserved for in-house guests of Crockfords.

Location: Level 18, Highlands Hotel

Operating hours: Daily from 10am – 6pm

Note: Shuttle service is available for guests from Crockfords Hotel to Genting Grand

  1. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests who use the swimming pool are aware of the risks and will not hold Resorts World Genting for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
  2. Jumping or diving is not allowed.
  3. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  4. Guests under the influence of alcohol or guests who have recently eaten are advised to not use the swimming pool.
  5. Guests who have the conditions stated below are advised to not use the swimming pool:
    • Pregnant
    • Elderly
    • Immunocompromised
    • Suffer from heart disease, high or low blood pressure
    • Uses anticoagulants, vasoconstrictors, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics, tranquilizers, or sedatives
  6. Please observe a reasonable time limit while using the swimming pool to avoid nausea, dizziness, or fainting.
  7. Food and beverages are not allowed in the swimming pool.
  8. Please use the handrail to enter or exit the swimming pool.
