Terms and Conditions for Online Fund Transfer to e-Cash

1. Qualified Genting Rewards Card members (“GRC Member”) may have online transfer of funds to designated account of Genting Malaysia Berhad (Registration No. 198001004236) via the facilities of FPX.
2. GRC Member is deemed to have read, understood and agreed with these Terms and Conditions prior to utilisation of the online fund transfer and/or e-Cash top-up facilities.
3. Fund transferred from bank account which is not owned by the GRC Member will be rejected without prior notice. 
4. Whenever GenM deems fit, GRC Member is required to verify the status of the fund transferred within the time given. Failing which, the fund will be refunded without prior notice.
5. Notification of refund or verification of the status of the fund will be sent to the GRC Member within a reasonable time. GRC Member is to check with GenM if he/she does not receive any SMS notification.
6. Fund accepted by GenM can only be used for top-up to their personal e-Cash account in accordance to the required steps inside the areas that may be determined by GenM from time to time.
7. GRC Member shall be wholly responsible in ensuring the pin(s) of his/her GRC card and/or RWG App is not at any time shared, disclosed, made known to or accessible by any third party.
8. GenM shall not be responsible for any losses or damages that may be suffered by any GRC Member arising from or in connection to the utilisation of the online fund transfer and/or e-Cash top-up facilities.  
9. GenM has the rights to amend and vary the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
